The Hawai`i SBDC Network must provide matching funds of state dollars to the SBA grant in a ratio no less than 1:1 as described in 13 CFR 130. (see www.sbaonline.sba.gov/sbdc/textonly/13cfr130.html). Over-matching is encouraged. In addition, the Hawai`i SBDC Network must manage its program income in accordance with OMB Circular A-110.24 (see www.whitehouse.gov/omb/circulars/a110/a110.html).
