  Get expert advice on how and where to find information to research your topic or business.
• Research Assistance 
  Help in doing your own market research.  
• Internet Reference Assitance
• Interlibrary Loan 
• Orientation Tours for Groups 
  Available by advance arrangement. Special interest group presentations also available. 
• Fee-based Research
  One hour minimum, $15.00/hr (plus online fees if incurred). As it is impossible to forecast research costs exactly, cost estimates will not be exceeded without client permission. 

Accessing BRL Services

Reference is available Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. If you would like to visit the BRL, it is preferrable that you contact us for an appointment. While not required, a scheduled appointment will ensure that the BRL staff will be available to assist you with your information needs. Orientation briefings are conducted regularly; call for an appointment.

Clients may submit requests in person, or by telephone, fax, letter, or email. Many requests can be handled in a relatively short time. Some take several days to research. Each request receives individual attention to assure that an appropriate response is provided. Inquiries are handled in the order they are received.
