To disable pop-up blockers and enable cookies
in Internet Explorer 7:

1. In the Menu Bar, click on "Tools" and then select "Internet Options."
2. Select the "Privacy" tab.
3. Click the "Default" button. If the Default button is not clickable (grayed-out), your setting are already set to Default.
4. Click OK.

To disable pop-up blockers and enable cookies in Firefox:
Click “Tools” in the menu bar then select “Options” from the list.

To disable pop-up blockers:

• Click the “Content” icon at the top of the Options window.

You have two choices:

1. Make sure the “Block pop-up windows” box is not checked and then click OK; or
2. Click the “Exceptions” button and enter
   http://hsbdcn.ecenterdirect.com/ConferenceList.asp in the area labeled Address of web site. Click Allow and then click Close.

To allow cookies:

• Reopen the "Options" window by clicking “Tools” in the menu bar then selecting “Options” from the list.
• Click the “Privacy” icon at the top of the Options window.
• In the Cookies section (middle of the window) make sure that “Accept cookies from site” and “Accept third-party cookies” are both checked.
• Next to “Keep until:” is a drop-down menu. Make sure “they expire” is selected.

Click OK.
